TSTv has it that they haven't started the commercial sales of their decoder based on some reasons. In recent public announcement from TStv, Telcomm Satellite TV (TStv) says its newly inaugurated pay TV, TStv Africa, will begin commercial operation on November 1, 2017.
According to the M.D, TStv would launch its services with about one million decoders nationwide and at least 5,000 decoders. TStv would be released to the public next week for free, adding that it would use the first set of decoders with one month free subscription to test run its services.
According to reports from Abuja Nigeria, first set of TStv decoders are now on sale in the Federal Capital Territory. We have the first High Definition (HD) picture quality from beIN sports which was among the controversial channels earlier reported by miscreants to be illegally acquired by TStv.
So this means one of the bein sport Channels is live and direct from Qatar, the HD quality is amazing. Have a look at one of the pictures taken.
Now, this is the latest news. TStv decoder will be coming in two different versions - the first one is the box type (the one that looks like a cooler with 3G service) and the second one is the flat type (it comes with a camera and 4.5G service).
